Trip Report | Team Day at Tiger Mountain

For a company that works mostly remote, is on the road, or is out on an adventure somewhere, it’s important to every once in a while get together, have some laughs, do some work, and get out on the trail.

For our Q3 meetup, we bucked the trend of climbing in Vantage from the past few years and instead grabbed some bikes and went for a ride at Tiger Mountain State Forest in Issaquah, WA.

Trading in the dust of the east side for the loam of the I-90 corridor proved to be worth it. Recent rains had the trails in nearly perfect condition, save for a few puddles at the summit. On the way down, there was plenty of hootin’ and hollerin’ particularly from Tyler and Colin, who don’t bike as much as the rest of the team, but still had plenty of fun and smiles on their faces.

All in all, it was a great day with the team, and was followed up with some good beer and even better pizza at Formula Brewing in Issaquah. It’s got us all looking forward to our next team day in December!
